Mackinac’s  Art Community

The beauty of Mackinac Island has attracted dozens of highly accomplished landscape painters and art collectors alike. You may see plen-air artists at work throughout the Island during your visit. Plen-air means on location outdoors, and is a perfect fit for local artists. Take a walk to each of the galleries on the Island for your own art tour and begin a Mackinac Island art collection of your own.

Acclaimed local art dealer, Jack Landers, opens the doors to his Victorian Summer Gallery.
